These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website vitalprolocksmith.com and the mobile automotive locksmith services provided by VitalPro Locksmith (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
VitalPro Locksmith provides mobile automotive locksmith services, including car key replacement, lockout assistance, spare key cutting and programming, key fob repair and programming, and broken key extraction, for American, Japanese, and Korean vehicles. We do not provide residential, commercial, or safe locksmith services.
Service area
We provide service within our licensed coverage area in the Las Vegas valley. Availability may vary by location and time of day; we will confirm coverage for your address when you contact us.
Proof of ownership
For lockout, key replacement, and key programming services, we may require valid proof of vehicle ownership (such as a registration, title, or government-issued ID matching the vehicle record) before performing service. This policy protects vehicle owners against unauthorized access and theft.
Booking and payment
Appointments may be booked by phone or online through HouseCall Pro, a third-party scheduling platform. Pricing is provided up front before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Estimates and final pricing
Quotes given by phone or online are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on the vehicle, key type, and complexity of the job discovered on site, and will be confirmed with you before work begins.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us as early as possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to offer future priority scheduling.
Workmanship
We stand behind the quality of our work. If a key, fob, or lock we serviced fails due to a defect in our workmanship, contact us and we will make it right. This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, water damage, or normal wear and tear after service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitalPro Locksmith’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Licensing and insurance
VitalPro Locksmith is licensed and insured to perform automotive locksmith services in accordance with Nevada state requirements.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
